I truly love everything about owning my 2012 Outback! So far, I have waited for my car to be serviced each time and each time the Service staff have welcomed me and my golden retriever, Berkley, to wait in the waiting room - and one of the salesmen always provides Berkley with a drink of water! This last time I was especially impressed because I know Berkley came in with some muddy feet - and as much as he stayed in one corner, I do know he made a bit of a mess. And people still complimented him!! Every single person I have spoken with at Atlantic Subaru is always very polite, friendly and professional. Thank you!!

I bought my Outback on April 24th and the salesperson (David Bowers) was very one of the most considerate, knowledgeable and pleasant salespersons I have dealt with. I appreciated the fact that he acknowledged me as the buyer and not my husband which has been the case in other dealerships where I was virtually invisible to the salesperson. Mr.Bowers acknowledged me at the door and was terrific through and instrumental in my purchasing the right vehicle. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Atlantic Subaru is by far one of the best dealerships I've ever had the pleasure of buying and servicing a car from. I've bought 2 cars from them over the past 7 years and I have always been treated as part of the family. I came to them with a VW I had purchased from another dealer and I was upside down in the loan. Not only were they able to get me out of that car and into a MERCEDES ML 350 for just a few more dollars per month, but they also took the time to educate me on how to factor in the trade in value when making a purchasing decision. I loved the car and when it was time to trade it in, I'm happy to report that I was not upside down in my loan this time...and Atlantic Subaru took care of me once again. All in all they have a top-notch sales department and their service department is also outstanding! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and their service prices are second to none. It's also nice to get a car wash with every service! Thank you Atlantic Subaru! You have a customer for life.

I have a condo in Stoneham MA, and a home in East Falmouth also. We have just purchased our first Subaru from my son who has recently moved to London. My choice was to have it serviced where it was bought in Wakefield MA or try Atlantic. It was the cargo net that I had just purchased from you that made me try Atlantic for my servicing vs. Wakefield. The price was much lower than Wakefield and even better than getting it shipped from internet. The day I brought the car in for its rattle problem, the people were great; they fixed the problem at a reasonable price and even washed the car. I will return for all servicing at Atlantic. Thanks.

I realize that people are more inspired to spend the time to spread the word about a complaint, and also, that when there are problems, one person's complaint doesn't always sufficiently explain the circumstances. That's why I'm taking the time to make sure that Atlantic Subaru is recognized and given positive accolades when due. I'm writing a great review for Atlantic Subaru for the following: I just bought my third car in the past five years, and all three times was with Atlantic Subaru.
Levon's first question to me is usually: have you been taken care of? and the answer is yes.
Levon advises his team to take good care of his customers and I am vouching for the fact that they have.
I spend a lot of time in my car, and for that reason, I've purchased three cars at Atlantic Subaru, and each purchase was a good experience, and each experience was better and better.
My most recent experience was excellent, thanks to the attention and sales experience of both Gegam and Sam. In fact, Sam is probably the best car salesman I've ever met. They listened, delivered, and my experience was exceptional.The process was fairly fast and very pleasant, Louise handled my financing needs efficiently and I am a very happy customer. Also, I return to the service department for regular maintenance and the experience there has been excellent as well. So, when the next service is due, I plan to be at Atlantic Subaru. Overall, I would rate the experience I have had with Subaru for the past five years as very good and I plan on continuing to let everyone know that I highly recommend Atlantic Subaru.

While you, Peter, are an outstanding manager, Crystal is dynamite and most accommodating to my needs. I live a very busy schedule (like most of us), and she is both knowledgeable of the vehicle needs, and assists with my schedule. Your auto specialists are the best, and I am expecting another 40K to make an even 200K on the vehicle...maybe another 100K. Thanks again for great service over the year. See you in 2011.

I emailed Atlantic Subaru because I was looking to trade my 2005 Forester (which I purchased at Atlantic Subaru) in 2005 for a 2010 Forester. Michael called me several times to tell me what he had for 2010 Foresters and the prices. I went into the showroom and didn't see any Foresters I liked. They were going to order the car I wanted but it was going to take 3 weeks and I was leaving for vacation before then and needed the car sooner. Michael and the staff at Atlantic Subaru found a 2010 Forester that I wanted for the price we agreed upon and had the car there in 3 days. I did my homework..... I knew what a new Subaru Forester cost and the Kelly Blue Book "ballpark" price for my 2005 Forester. I picked up my beautiful silver 2010 Forester last week. The Atlantic Subaru salesmen and the office staff were professional, honest, and delivered to me the car I wanted, a price that was fair, and all the paperwork done on time. Michael sat with me in the vehicle and went through all the features that were new or improved since I purchased my last Subaru 5 years ago. I love the Subaru because I feel safe driving it and I love Atlantic Subaru for another great car buying experience.

I saw a car at Atlantic Subaru online so I figured that I would check it out. I did not make an appointment, just stopped in to look at a car that I saw online. When I got there, I was greeted by a sales person, and he pulled the car up for me to drive. We drove the car up and down the highway and it seemed to be nice. Then he started to show me all of the options and features that the car had. Wow, who knew a Subaru dealership would have such knowledgeable sales people in cars other then Subaru. I was impressed. Then, I went inside to do the dreaded "back and forth" like everyone does at dealerships. But the sales person just came over, we spoke like normal people and he asked me "What do we have to do to earn your business today?" WOW, holy straight forward. So I told him what I would pay, he went to the manager, came back and told me that he could get within $500 of my offer, (as I did offer a low number just to see if it really could be this easy) I accepted and that was it! This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Thank you Atlantic Subaru and I will be back for my next car.

We recommended a friend to this dealer to test drive a Subaru Outback Wagon as it was close to where she lives. She uses her car for business and drives many miles in all sorts of weather. Her experience was great and surprised her at how easy the staff made it for her. The dealer handled her trade and both the price for the New Subaru and what they gave her for trade sealed the deal. She is very happy with her new car and looks forward to working with the dealer in the future.

I brought my Subaru Legacy in on July 6th to have a 9,000 service. Crystal was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. I saw Mike S. who sold the car to me (and also sold an SUV to my husband), and he offered to show me some of the new models in the showroom. He knows his vehicles! The cashier handled the payment efficiently and with a smile. I drove away in my washed car and happy about the service that the Atlantic Subaru employees had given to me.

Another awesome and easy purchase of a 2007 Mercedes GL 450 at Atlantic Subaru. This is my 5th car in 4 years from Levon. I'd highly recommend the dealership to anyone. I come up from CT to get my cars because you can't beat the price and service. Every car I buy has been detailed to the 9's and the new tires are shining. Love doing business there.

I don't typically write reviews, but after reading some of these comments I was compelled to share my opinion of Atlantic Subaru. I've been buying cars from them for years now and have nothing but praise for the people who work there. My initial sales experience was great. I wanted a luxury pre-owned vehicle but I wasn't sure which one. The salesperson was very accommodating, helpful and had a ton of knowledge on each vehicle. I was able to test drive several different vehicles over a couple weeks before making my decision. I was never pressured, and I ended up getting a great deal...getting out of my VW (from another dealer) and into a Lexus SUV for not much more than I was already paying! Since then, I've had a great relationship with their service department, who always goes the extra mile for me. I have recommended Atlantic Subaru to many people and I will continue to do so.
